San Miguel is a one horse town that’s being pulled apart by two rival families. Enter the Man with No Name: a laconic gunslinger for hire who drifts into town and, after learning of of the Baxter-Rojo feud, spots an opportunity. He plays the warring clans off against one another and turns their vendetta to his advantage - but the stranger's duplicity riles both families, and the vengeful Rojos decide to take drastic action.

60 years on and Sergio Leone's classic spaghetti western is still one of the best westerns ever. A remake of Akira Kurosawa's incredible samurai film Yojimbo and powered by Ennio Morricone's beautiful soundtrack, Leone's unique style made himself a name to watch and Clint Eastwood a superstar in the making. The first of Leone's "Dollars" trilogy with Eastwood, that set all of Europe rushing to imitate them.
